Euram Bank advises institutional and corporate investors in the sale and acquisition of private companies and assets, as well as in raising equity capital.
- Our sole interest is the long term wealth success of our clients – whether the issue is financing expansion, initiating and structuring strategic alliances and mergers, or the seminal decision to sell or not to sell their company or strategic shareholding.
- We advise our clients objectively and independently of the size and probability of a potential transaction. We may simply advise against doing a transaction if the time and the circumstances are not right, or if there is a better alternative strategy.
- When we advise clients in the structuring of a corporate finance transaction we also take into account the clients’ optimum tax outcome and the potential to optimize intergeneration wealth transfer.
A successfully completed transaction is frequently the start of a long term professional relationship with the client, not the end point. As much as entrepreneurs are used to control and manage the companies that established and increased their fortune, they wish to be able to manage their wealth, rather than be managed by it.
Our key staff and board members have decades of experience in managing companies and advising on and making decisions on corporate finance transactions, both on the sell side and the buy side; they have successfully completed corporate finance transactions of various dimensions.
